Pico de Gallo (Fresh Tomato Salsa)

A fresh, vibrant salsa that’s perfect with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, grilled meats, and more. This classic Pico de Gallo brings the bold flavors of Mexico to your table in just minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe red tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped

  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
