This type, often seen in children or young adults, appears as a rain of small lesions on the torso, arms or legs, usually after an infection such as angina.

Small spots in the shape of a drop
Often triggered by bacterial infection (e.g. streptococcal angina)
Unsquamous, but many
It is sometimes the first sign of latent psoriasis that arises.
Reverse psoriasis: discrete but unpleasant

In the folds of the skin – armpits, groin, under the breasts – there is a less visible but very uncomfortable form: reverse psoriasis.
