1. Prepare Ingredients A:
* In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, tapioca starch, sugar, yeast, and whole milk.
* Mix well until smooth.
* Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

2. Prepare Ingredients B:
* In a saucepan, combine honey, fine sugar, salt, and whole milk.
* Heat on low temperature until the sugar melts completely. Stir occasionally.

3. Combine and Mix:
* Remove from heat and add the mixture from Ingredients B to the risen Ingredients A.
* Mix thoroughly.

4. Add Additional Ingredients:
* Incorporate egg yolk, whole egg, and cooking oil into the batter.
* Mix well and then sieve the batter to ensure smoothness.

5. Bake:
* Pour the batter into baking molds.
* Let it rest for 20 minutes.
* Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F).
* Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
