The natural remedy based on lemon, honey and cinnamon:
Good news: you don’t need to make a trip to the pharmacy to get long-lasting fresh breath. All it takes is a little magic… at home! Here’s a recipe for homemade mouthwash made with simple, yet highly effective ingredients .
Ingredients to plan:
- The juice of 2 fresh lemons ( to neutralize stubborn odors )
- 250 ml of lukewarm water , for a feeling of softness
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon, naturally antibacterial
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey , with soothing properties
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda , to neutralize odors
Preparation: as simple as making an infusion:
- In a large bowl, start by mixing the honey, cinnamon and baking soda.
- Then add the lukewarm water while stirring gently.
- Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Once everything is well blended, pour your mixture into an airtight glass bottle . All you have to do is use it like a classic mouthwash, after brushing.
- Shake lightly , rinse, smile. And finally breathe with peace of mind.
