Banana peel

There are so many things you can do with a banana peel, following the art of recycling. Not all housewives know how to do it, but those who do can’t do without it.

The peels can be used directly in the kitchen, oddly enough. Like many other products  we throw away without a second thought  , knowing they’re nothing more than waste, they can actually be helpful in other situations.

Bananas  are one of the most beloved fruits for everyone,  from children to adults,  because they’re rich in nutrients.  By eating a lot of them, you’ll always have plenty of banana peels available to use however you want.

That’s why  we must learn to put them aside and avoid throwing them away  , so we can then cook super-rich, healthy, alternative dishes for all tastes.

Reusing banana peels is possible, here are the ways

Banana peels, like the fruit itself,  are beneficial  , which is why everyone should eat them. They can be used to make  organic fertilizer for plants at home  or in the garden. Or, to combat skin blemishes and wrinkles, in this case they are wonderful  because they contain many vitamins, potassium, magnesium, and iron.
