Curry shells: how to prepare them in just a few minutes

For example  , you can make banana peel curry  by combining four banana peels, one onion, one glass of beer, two teaspoons of curry powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of chili, and a tablespoon of oil. First, pour the oil into the pan along with the onion, sauté it, then add the finely chopped banana peels and sauté for about five minutes.

Once the required time has passed,  add the curry, chili, and salt  and continue stirring. Halfway through cooking, pour the beer into the saucepan and increase the heat to allow it to evaporate completely. Then, reduce the heat and add the vegetable broth or just water. Continue cooking for another hour.

Fried banana peels, the original snack, more than delicious
