1 clove of raw garlic
Instructions
Peel 1 fresh garlic clove.
Chop it or crush it and let it sit for 10 minutes (this activates the powerful compound allicin).
Swallow it with water like a pill — or mix it with honey for better taste.
Do this daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
