Open pore treatment at home with rice

Tip  : This toner can be used daily to maintain healthy and balanced skin.

Step #2: Face Icing with Rice Starch Water

Ingredients  :

  • 1 cup  starch water  (the water left after cooking the rice)
  • 1 tablespoon  of rose water
  • Oil from  1 vitamin E capsule

Instructions for use  :

  1. Collect  the starch water  left after cooking the rice (it’s full of nutrients for your skin).
  2. Add  1 tablespoon of rose water  and  the oil from 1 vitamin E capsule  to the starch water.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and transfer the mixture into an  ice cube tray .
  4. Freeze the mixture to make  rice water ice cubes .
  5. Once frozen, remove 1  ice cube  from the tray and wrap it in a  thin cotton cloth .
  6. Gently massage the cloth-wrapped ice cube onto your face for about  5 minutes , focusing on areas with enlarged pores.

Tip  : You can repeat this step daily to help tighten and refresh your skin.

Step #3: Rice Water Face Mask (2 times a week)
Ingredients :

Soaked raw rice water (soak the rice for 1 hour)
1 teaspoon of oat powder
1 teaspoon of almond flour
Instructions for use :

After soaking the raw rice for about an hour, take 1 tablespoon of the soaked rice water and place it in a clean bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of oatmeal powder and 1 teaspoon of almond flour to the rice water.
Mix everything well until you form a smooth paste.
Apply a thin layer of the pack to your entire face, concentrating on areas with enlarged pores.
Let the pack dry for 15 minutes , then rinse your face with cold water to close your pores.
Tip : Use this pack twice a week for best results. It will exfoliate the skin, remove dead skin cells, and tighten pores.
