Instructions: How to burn garlic without stress:

You will need:

  • 1 whole garlic clove (unpeeled)
  • A small heat-resistant bowl (metal or ceramic)
  • A lighter or a match
  • A well-ventilated room

Steps:

  1. Open a window to ventilate.
  2. Place the garlic in the bowl.
  3. Light one end and let it burn briefly.
  4. Blow gently to smolder.
  5. Let it smoke for 10 to 15 minutes.

Never leave unattended and always place the container on a  heat-resistant surface .
