- 1 whole garlic clove (unpeeled)
- A small heat-resistant bowl (metal or ceramic)
- A lighter or a match
- A well-ventilated room
Steps:
- Open a window to ventilate.
- Place the garlic in the bowl.
- Light one end and let it burn briefly.
- Blow gently to smolder.
- Let it smoke for 10 to 15 minutes.
Never leave unattended and always place the container on a heat-resistant surface .
