This may be related to a decrease in heart function or the beginning of insufficiency.

It is a common symptom but still too little known. If you need several pillows to sleep on or if you experience respiratory discomfort while lying on your back, it may be related to poor blood circulation. In a weakened heart, fluid can build up in the lungs, making it difficult to breathe at rest.
