Ingredients:
1 large cucumber (preferably organic)
1/2 lemon (sliced or juiced)
A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
1–2 cups cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly (you can peel it if preferred).
Add the cucumber slices to a large glass or jar.
Add lemon slices or squeeze in the juice for extra detox and vitamin C.
