Together with Juliet Boghossian, an expert in eating behaviour, and Julia Hormes, a psychologist specializing in eating disorders, the Huffpost has listed ways to eat and what they show about our personality. Thus, the one who eats slowly is in control, the one who eats quickly is ambitious and the one who has difficulty eating faces many neuroses. Moreover, if you are rather adventurous in your diet, you are open-minded, if you separate the food, you are careful, and if you eat each food one by one, you are vigilant and methodical.

6. Language
According to American researchers, our language speaks volumes about our feelings of love. Indeed, it is possible to determine whether we will be attracted to a person and whether a romantic relationship is sustainable through our language. According to them, we will be more compatible with a person who has the same way of communicating and the relationship will be more likely to last over time.

7. The telephone
Our phone habits, and in particular, our dependence on our phone illustrates our emotional stability. One study shows that the more emotionally unstable we are, the more dependent we are on our mobile. Moreover, this dependence is linked to materialism and introversion.

8. Punctuality
In an article in The Atlantic, several experts address the problem of chronic delay. The delay is a particularly tenacious habit that illustrates a difficulty in managing time. This difficulty is found to be punctual in four types of people according to psychologist Linda Sapadin. Perfectionists, those who work better under pressure, rebels and dreamers.

9. Nervous tics
The most perfectionists are those with body-related nervous tics; such as biting nails, playing with their hair, or scratching according to a study of repetitive body-centred behaviors during a period of boredom, stress, and frustration. The likely reason for perfectionists would rather do something to be bored.
