Ingredients:
For the First Layer (Crust):

1 cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
For the Second Layer (Creamy Cheesecake Filling):

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Third Layer (Chocolate Ganache):

1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz dark chocolate, chopped (or milk chocolate for a sweeter taste)
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Stir until well mixed. Press the mixture into the base of a 9x9-inch square pan (or similar size). Use a spoon or your fingers to ensure an even layer. Refrigerate while you make the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. Spread this creamy layer evenly over the crust.

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate and butter. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Let the ganache cool for a few minutes before pouring it over the cheesecake layer. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
