4. Lemon Salt Seasoning
Here’s a flavorful way to avoid waste:

In a baking dish, create a layer of coarse sea salt.

Add the zest of at least 5 lemons and mix well.

Pour in the juice from the lemons and stir again.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes, then lower to 150°C (300°F) and bake for another 10 minutes.

Let it cool completely and store in a glass jar.

Use this aromatic seasoning on salads, pasta, or cold rice dishes!
