Ingredients:
5 dried bay leaves
1 sprig of fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary)
3 cloves
500 ml of water

Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat 500 ml of water until it comes to a boil.
Add the bay leaves, rosemary sprig, and cloves.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
