Say goodbye to cellulite, varicose veins, muscle and joint pain with rosemary.
Rosemary alcohol, the recipe you will learn now, is for external use only.
It is revitalizing, antirheumatic, stimulates circulation, relieves muscle tension and pain, treats injuries, and combats tendonitis, bursitis, varicose veins, cellulite, cramps, and muscle fatigue.
It should preferably be made with fresh, freshly harvested rosemary.
You can use the dried herb, but the resulting product is less concentrated.
To make rosemary alcohol, simply place a few bunches of rosemary in a glass bottle and cover with 70° alcohol (sold in pharmacies).
Let it steep for 15 days in a dark place.
Shake the glass daily.
The steeping time can be longer; some people prefer to wait 40 days to make the preparation more concentrated with the plant’s active ingredients.
But 15 days is a good time.
