Instructions:
Trim the ends of the cucumbers, peel them (or wash them thoroughly in baking soda and water if you want to keep the skin), and chop them into small pieces.
Peel the ginger root and chop it into small pieces.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from each half. Use a strainer to remove the seeds.
Remove the mint leaves from the stem.
Add the cucumber pieces, ginger, lemon juice, and mint leaves to a blender.
Add 700 ml of water and blend until smooth.
Strain the juice through a strainer and pour into a glass jug or bottle.
Every night before bed, add a few ice cubes and a lemon slice or two to a glass, then pour in the juice. Drink immediately.
