Dream Cookies: Simple, quick and melt in your mouth!

200g all-purpose flour
100g butter, at room temperature
80g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Add the butter and vanilla extract. Mix everything together with your fingers until the ingredients begin to come together and form a smooth dough.
Form small, walnut-sized balls, then gently flatten them with your fingers.
Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving space between them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
Once baked, let them cool on a wire rack.
The cookies are ready to serve!
