Strawberry  : Beat the following in a stand mixer until stiff: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Instead of Italian meringue, you can also use  store-bought marshmallow fluff as frosting.
