Unable to control the urge to urinate  (10/12)

Normally, during sleep, the brain is able to manage the urge to urinate. But if sleep is disrupted, many of the brain's abilities will be impaired as well, including this one.

Avoid coffee or tea  (11/12)

In addition to excessive screen use, other factors can disrupt bladder management at night, such as drinking so-called diuretic drinks, i.e. those that promote the elimination of urine, such as tea or coffee.

Alcoholic drinks have the same effect  (12/12)

Alcoholic or carbonated drinks have the same effect. If your nighttime urge to pee is too frequent and becomes a problem, don't hesitate to seek medical help.

On RTL radio, doctor Jimmy Mohamed gave one of the reasons that could be the cause of nighttime waking to go to the bathroom and urinate. Once again, the use of screens could be called into question.
