2 cinnamon sticks.
4 bay leaves.
A handful of chamomile leaves.
1/2 liter of water.
Honey to taste (optional).
Preparation Instructions
Step 1: In a saucepan, place 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 bay leaves, and a handful of chamomile leaves. Step 2: Pour half a liter of water into the saucepan containing the ingredients.
Step 3: Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. This will allow the ingredients to release their properties into the water.
