Why it is better to take a shower in the evening

1. Helps you fall asleep faster
Taking an evening shower can not only relax the body and mind, but, if timed correctly, improve sleep quality. Showering 90 minutes before bed with lukewarm water can help you fall asleep about 10 minutes faster than usual. This is because warm water slightly lowers your body temperature, which signals to your body that it's time to go to bed.

2. Better for the skin
Showering before bed can also help prevent acne. This is because our hair accumulates bacteria and product residue throughout the day, and when our head hits the pillow, all of this impurity is transferred to the pillowcase and then to our face. Since our skin regenerates overnight, going to bed with clean, fresh skin allows new, healthy skin cells to grow.
