🥬 2 large kale leaves (without the stem)
🌿 2 celery stalks
🍏 1 green apple , peeled and cut
🍌 1 banana , sliced
🥛 1 cup (approx. 250 ml) almond milk
🌶 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
🌰 1 tbsp. soaked chia seeds *
🍯 (optional) 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
