1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ½ teaspoon powdered ginger)
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
250 ml of warm (not boiling) water
Instructions :
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass. Add the grated or powdered ginger.
Add the cider vinegar and cayenne pepper.
Pour in the warm water and mix well.
Drink immediately, in small sips or all at once.
When to drink:
Best time: Early morning, on an empty stomach.
Optional: 15 to 20 minutes before a meal to suppress appetite.
