👩🍳 Preparing the infusion
Boil 500 ml of water.
Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of grated fresh ginger, 1 tbsp of thyme leaves and 1 tbsp of dried nettle.
Let it steep for 10 minutes, covered.
Strain, add a dash of lemon juice and, if you like, a little honey to sweeten.
Drink 1 to 2 cups a day.
