The things you hurt every day

Everyone has some bad habits, but some of these habits make everyday tasks much more difficult than they should. We perform many tasks incorrectly on a daily basis without being aware of them. From using deodorants to the correct way to charging your mobile phone, this is what you hurt on a daily basis.

Take a shower

Nothing prepares you to face the day better than a good hot shower. However, spending too much time under hot water is not really good for you. Taking showers too frequently can remove some of the good bacteria and skin oils, disrupting the body’s natural balance and causing dry, cracked skin.

According to the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, too frequent showers can also lead to severe skin problems such as eczema. To avoid a very irritating future, try to reduce the number of days you shower. If you really need to wash yourself every day, focus on cleaning the essential parts.

Banana sluggish

Bananas are an excellent choice for breakfast. However, if the stalk is soft or the top is a little pasty, it may become dirty. Did you know that peeling a banana by the stalk is not the best method?

The monkeys, the real experts in banana consumption, advise opening bananas from the opposite end. Pinch the brown tip until the skin splits, then continue to peel. This method is easier and also makes it possible to remove these unpleasant banana yarns, which often remain attached to the fruit.

Use of toothpaste

Regardless of when you brush your teeth (before or after breakfast), it is likely that you will use too much too much toothpaste. Advertisements have led us to believe that a long band of toothpaste should be pressed on the brush to combat cavities, but this is not true.

In fact, a small dose of pea-sized toothpaste is enough to keep your teeth clean and healthy. Advertisements use these long toothpaste tapes to make their product more attractive and to make you use more.

Folding clothes

Although folding clothes seems to be a simple task, it can often take a long time. However, there is a quick method for folding a shirt in just three seconds. Start by putting the shirt flat and pinch it half-height in one hand and near the collar with the other hand. Then fold your left hand to the right hand so that the collar section is at the bottom of the shirt. Pinch this section in your left hand. Release the shirt by pulling the right hand through. Unfold slightly, go over and there you go.

Look at the video method below because it’s not that easy.

Storage of eggs

You are about to put away the shopping, including a box of eggs. If you think about placing them in the egg compartment of the refrigerator door, think again. Eggs should be stored at a constant temperature of less than 20 degrees Celsius. The refrigerator door is the hottest part, due to the many openings and closures that expose eggs to frequent temperature variations, thus compromising their freshness. So log the eggs in the central part of the refrigerator, where the temperature is more constant.

Wrinkle words correctly

When you bar something on your to-do list, a straight line doesn’t actually hide the original text, unless you doodle it furiously or use corrective white. A more effective method is to write a series of random letters about the words you want to erase, making the original words indeclineable.

Use of post-it

When you take a post-it from its block from the bottom, it drags the paper in the direction it was pulled, making it curved. To avoid this, detach it from the side; it keeps the note flat and prevents it from falling.
