1. Lemon
Lemon is one of the best ingredients you can use to promote healthy skin. The citric acid in the lemon helps to keep the skin clean and the vitamin C it contains helps to reduce dark spots.

Ingredients:

Freshly pressed lemon juice
Cucumber bands
Instructions:

Apply the lemon juice to the face and neck.
Leave to act for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize.
Repeat every day or every other day.

2. Curcuma
Turmeric is an excellent antiseptic and depigmenting agent that helps to minimise scars and other marks.

Ingredients:

Equal quantities of turmeric powder
Equal quantities of chickpea flour
A little water or milk
Instructions:

Make a paste by mixing equal amounts of turmeric powder and chickpea flour with water or milk.
Apply evenly to your skin and allow to dry.
Rinse with warm water by rubbing gently in a circular motion.
Follow this medicine once a week to lighten your complexion and remove the scars.

Aloe vera has many benefits for the skin. Its antibacterial properties help to kill the bacteria that cause acne, soothe irritated skin and heal scars. It is also an excellent natural moisturizer for the skin.
