🥤 Juice recipe for vision and memory
Ingredients :

2 medium-sized carrots

1 red apple

1 ripe tomato

1 small piece of fresh turmeric (or 1/2 tsp powder)

1 glass of water
Preparation:

Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

Peel the carrot and apple as desired.

Cut into small pieces.

Add to the blender with the water.
